What’s all the buzz about Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Calendar? Google Tools are free, easy to use, widely accessible, enable real-time collaboration, offer single-point publishing, and one-point access to common office software needs. Google Tools are like the Ginsu Knives of the internet! In this workshop, you will learn to use Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar to efficiently, collaboratively, and digitally manage your personal and/or non-profit’s information workflow.

Specific features covered for each application include (but not limited to):
* Gmail: Labels, Sharing, and Chat.
* Docs: Familiarization with the User Interface, Collaboration and Sharing, & Publishing to the Web
* Calendar: Event creation, Invitations, “Find a Time”, and Quick-add

If time and participant interest allows, the workshop will also cover Google+ Hangouts.

Participants are encouraged to bring laptops. We will have some available for use with advanced reservation required.
